  • I am on location, at your business with you.
  • In quick review we will analyze your company, where you’re at and where you wish to be.
  • We’ll look at your position in the market place, business layout, inventory, branding, staff and marketing to mention a few.
  • We will discuss what you personally feel are your challenges and develop a plan for you going forward. Big Idea generation ALWAYS happens when we meet and review.
  • This locals only special is much like the Red Hot Ideation listed above – it’s just a powerful abbreviated version.

VIP  PROGRAM   

Many clients find an extreme benefit from ongoing support in multiple levels. The VIP Retainer Program offers that versatility. Whether it’s developing ongoing new strategies to help you succeed, breaking boundaries to a new way of doing business, inspiring you and your staff, igniting customer passion, creating new marketing campaigns or so many other things the VIPRetainer Program  offers support  to you on a monthly basis – no lengthy contracts or commitments. This program is extremely popular for those that wish some outside support at a very fair cost. I personally work with you virtually, via WEEKLY  30 to 60 minute phone calls and top priority email support.

The Fireside Chat

Just like the VIP program above, however we meet 30 minutes twice a month via scheduled phone calls. I help keep you on track.
